SMS Terms & Conditions

Scope

These terms apply to Short Message Service (SMS) communications sent to or received from Providien Thermoforming phone numbers.

Consent

By sending an SMS message to a Providien Thermoforming phone number, you consent to receive SMS replies related to your inquiry or communication. Employees who text their supervisor consent to receive work-related SMS responses.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your communication. SMS is used for time-sensitive, work-related matters such as attendance notifications, schedule changes, and general coordination.

Costs

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Providien Thermoforming does not charge for SMS communications.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS replies from that number. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You may opt back in by replying START.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
